The vast majority of branded communications today happen on a technology platform. Legacy platforms, like print & TV, have not evolved that quickly, but now new major platforms emerge every few years, and their technology standards change rapidly. Often it does not make sense to develop a new technology, just use a generic approach in a smart way. But sometimes we spot an opportunity to develop an original technology that offers new valuable potential, and if we do, we jump on the chance, however tricky the challenge.
